- Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 72 hours of purchase once production is complete.
- Delivery timeframes begin after the item has shipped and will vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
PRODUCTION TIMEFRAMES
As many of our products are built to order, the following production times apply prior to shipping:
- E-bike Kits: Approximately 14–20 days
- Batteries: Approximately 7–14 days
- Accessories: Ready to ship with no production delay

Kits & Batteries
- Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated 7–8 weeks
- Express Shipping (Paid): Estimated 2–3 weeks
Accessories
- Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated 7–14 days
If express shipping is not available at checkout, please contact us directly to request a manual shipping arrangement.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
- International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, import taxes, or local fees.
- All customs-related charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- We are not liable for delays resulting from customs processing or border clearance procedures.
